Blake is a Remedial Therapist and Movement Coach. He uses manual therapy (solidified connective tissue release, myofascial release, cupping, digital ischaemic pressure, stretching) accompanied with movement to get you out of pain.

Working in the construction industry for 11 years and eventually entering the health industry in 2018 as a Massage Therapist, he gained an insatiable desire to learn more about human movement and performance. He then continued his studies to complete a Diploma in Remedial Therapy (Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy) in 2019.

He is passionate about educating his clients about anatomy and human biomechanics as he believes healing begins with awareness and understanding how one thing affects another within the human body.

In his time away from work he likes to spend time studying various topics (diet/nutrition, health supplements, biomechanics, personal development), getting outdoors and spending time with his cat, Zeke.

He has recently finished a 6 month mentorship with Jason Burgess of Movement & Performance Therapies to hone his skills even further with biomechanics and how the human body and its systems all function in unison.
