Gary is our first official Irish body worker. Living in Melbourne the past 12 years he is a multi-talented individual with a passion for hands-on work and physical fitness. As a skilled body worker and tradie, he brings a blend of physical prowess and technical expertise to his profession. With a background as a qualified electrician and over a decade of experience in formwork Gary has taken to the art of body work to finish out his career. He has been on both sides of the massage table, suffering from a back injury he found mmt and could only get relief from there style of treatment. He fell in love with the mmt lifestyle and has now joined the team.

Beyond his professional life, Gary is deeply engaged in various hobbies and interests. An avid follower of boxing and MMA, he finds joy and discipline in martial arts. He also enjoys the thrill of team sports, in AFL and soccer. To balance the intensity of his workouts, Gary finds solace in the calming environments of saunas and ice baths, promoting both physical recovery and mental clarity.

An adventurous spirit, Gary loves exploring the great outdoors through camping trips and travel escapades. His curiosity extends beyond the physical realm, as he finds fulfillment in the art of body work and the intricacies of human anatomy. As a qualified MMT practitioner, Gary utilizes his knowledge and skills to help others achieve optimal physical well-being.

In his leisure time, Gary unwinds by indulging in a good book, movie, or by listening to some music or a podcast. He cherishes moments spent dining out with friends, creating meaningful connections and lasting memories.
