Qualifications
- —Diploma of Remedial Massage
- —Recognised by all major health funds
Sean is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, completing his Diploma of Remedial Massage at Evolve College in 2024. As a member of the Association of Massage Therapists, he brings professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to continual growth qualities that sit at the heart of Melbourne Muscular Therapies.
Sean works with a wide range of clients, but he’s especially drawn to helping people overcome upper back and neck tension — the kind that builds slowly, lingers, and starts to shape how you move through your day. His work is intentional and grounded, using targeted deep‑tissue techniques to ease tightness, restore mobility, and support the body’s natural capacity to heal.
What guides Sean’s approach is a blend of clinical understanding and lived experience. He knows what it feels like to carry tension, to feel restricted, to have your body hold you back from the things you enjoy. That personal insight fuels his empathy and the way he listens, observes, and works with each client as an individual.
Sean has a deep respect for the body — its resilience, its vulnerability, and its ability to adapt when given the right input. He believes remedial massage and bodywork are powerful tools for restoring balance, reducing pain, and helping people reconnect with their own movement.
At MMT, Sean brings a calm, grounded presence and a hands‑on style that reflects the clinic’s values: intentional touch, real results, and helping people feel at home in their bodies again.
If you’re dealing with persistent upper back or neck issues, or you simply want to move with more ease, Sean is a practitioner who meets you where you’re at and helps you move forward.
