Meet Tristan
I’m Tristan, a bodyworker specialising in MMT-focused treatment designed to create real, lasting change in the body.
My path into bodywork started with my own turning point. After reaching 100kg in my 20s, I made a commitment to take control of my health and how my body functioned.
That journey led me into massage, and eventually into MMT bodywork — where I found an approach that aligned with how I believe treatment should be: targeted, effective, and built around results.
I take an intuitive, firm, and highly focused approach to treatment.
My work centres on improving range of motion, reducing joint restriction, and addressing persistent pain patterns — whether you’re an athlete pushing performance or someone dealing with the effects of long hours at a desk.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all session or encouraging endless repeat appointments, I focus on understanding what your body actually needs and working with precision to create meaningful change.
The goal is simple: help you move better, with less pain, as efficiently as possible. I hold certification in MMT Bodywork (2025) and relaxation massage, and I am currently completing my Diploma of Remedial Massage.
I continue to build my skillset with a strong focus on practical outcomes and long-term results for my clients.
If you’re looking for a more targeted approach to bodywork something that listens, adapts, and delivers — I’d love to work with you.
What Clients Say About Tristan
“I have been seeing Tristan recently and he is amazing. His knowledge of the body is next level, and he has an incredible ability to identify exactly what is causing an issue and treat it effectively. Every treatment feels purposeful and tailored to what my body needs. Each session I walk out pain-free, moving better, feeling refreshed and as if I have a new body. Beyond the physical benefits, the treatments also help regulate my central nervous system, leading to better sleep, improved recovery, and more energy.”
