Prices vary by tier and session length — all start from 30 minutes. Next Gen (from $60) are our newest practitioners, freshly graduated from MMT's internal training and proficient in SCT Release. It's the best value for money deal you'll find for world-class treatment. Bodyworker (from $90) are fully qualified practitioners delivering precision deep tissue work. Senior Bodyworker (from $115) have a minimum of 5 years within our system and are particularly effective at complex acute and chronic conditions and sporting injuries. Longer sessions (45 min, 60 min and beyond) are available — select your preferred duration in the Cliniko calendar after choosing your bodyworker.
Yes — select a bodyworker above and the booking calendar will pre-fill with their availability. If your preferred practitioner has no availability, you can book with any bodyworker at your chosen centre.
Bring or wear comfortable, loose-fitting shorts and underwear. Some areas of treatment require direct skin access — your bodyworker will use draping throughout to maintain your comfort and privacy.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. You can manage your booking directly through the confirmation email sent by Cliniko.
MMT treatments use Solidified Connective Tissue Release (SCT Release), a barefoot deep tissue technique that works into the deeper layers of fascia and muscle. Expect firm, targeted pressure — communicate openly with your bodyworker throughout. Some tenderness in the treated areas for 24–48 hours after is normal.
