Oana is driven to help people from all walks of life aim for a pain free body, reach their optimal state and remain active throughout their lives.

Oana moved to Australia in search of adventure and personal growth. With a professional background in Engineering & IT, she found it helpful to utilize those analytical skills into understanding the human body, getting to the root cause of a body dysfunction and the process that led to it. Experiencing pain herself and struggling with poor posture, she developed an interest in health and wellbeing, ending up choosing bodywork as a form of addressing healing, releasing stress holding patterns in the body and restoring natural ease of movement.

Oana maintains a strong focus on sustainability, environment, conscious consuming and fair food. She sees the human body, mind and emotional state similar to an ecosystem and believes that spending time outdoors promotes mindfulness, reconnects people with nature and eventually themselves. In her spare time she enjoys doing yoga, hiking, rock climbing and cycling.
 
Oana trusts that by holding a nurturing space and offering a holistic SCT (Solidified Connective Tissue) release approach, the natural flow in people’s bodies gets restored, and thus they can focus easier on building their body awareness and aiming for a pain-free body state.
