Hi, I’m Tara, Bachelor-qualified Physiotherapist, certified Personal Trainer, passionate educator, and dedicated bodyworker on a mission to help women feel strong, informed, and truly at home in their bodies.

I’m obsessed with the intersection of movement, muscle, and mindset—and I believe every woman deserves to understand how her body works, how to train it with purpose, and how to nourish it for longevity. My mission? To demystify strength training, break down the basics of nutrition and exercise science, and provide practical tools that help women thrive—not just “get by.”

One of my big focuses is educating on the importance of building and maintaining lean muscle mass—not just for looks (though hey, that’s a bonus), but for long-term vitality, bone health, hormonal balance, and aging like a total badass.

My treatment philosophy starts with what I call “clean first”—hands-on bodywork to address pain, tension, and restrictions—then we build. You can’t train on dysfunction, so we get your body moving well before we make it move more.

I’m here for the woman who wants to lift well, feel strong, move better, and understand the why behind the what. You bring the curiosity, I’ll bring the know-how (and a bit of dry humour along the way).

When I’m not in the clinic or coaching, you’ll probably find me on the basketball court, lifting something heavy, planning my next travel escape, or hanging with my two boys—Toby and Jax (they’re dogs, but don’t tell them that).
