Tash is here to help! With a bubbly and caring nature, along with over 8 years experience in the industry, she is ready to go.

Tash began her MMT journey as a client. It wasn’t long before she realised she not only wanted to reap the rewards of MMT as a client but as a therapist too.

Tash specialises in deep tissue massage and has added a major new string to her bow with MMT’s SCT Release (Solidified Connective Tissue Release). Having worked in a clinical and sport setting since 2015, Tash has experience treating chronic pain and postural dysfunctions, along with acute and overuse sporting injuries. Using her skillset Tash will eliminate pain or tension that is restricting the body. With guidance through corrective exercises and functional training the body will restore itself, fire and activate in the right places. This will allow the body to function and feel good!

As an Advanced Sports Therapist Tash has worked at elite levels for professional and semi-professional sporting organisations. These include the Richmond Football Club (AFL), Melbourne Storm (NRL) and Melbourne Rebels (Super Rugby). Tash is currently working with Tennis Australia as a massage therapist for the Australian Open Grand Slam Tennis Tournament. As Tash continues in the health and sport industry she is consistently growing her knowledge in recovery and rehabilitation.

Tash has a passion for physical activity. She enjoys playing basketball and loves AFL. Tash participates in MMT’s Lift Club weekly. She finds the strength gets her match fit for work and is key in preventing niggles in her body. Tash also added sprinting to her training. She finds it exhilarating and like nothing she has ever done before. Tash truly believes that movement is medicine and encourages everyone to get active.
